What to do in emergency situations?
We (fortunately) do not experience emergency situations every day. Accordingly, the knowledge that most of us once learned in an emergency aid course is forgotten all too quickly. It is worthwhile to refresh this knowledge regularly in order to be able to call it up at lightning speed in an emergency. A first aid refresher course is a great event for teams. After all, it's about helping each other and being there for each other.
Contents and goals
In the workshop, guided by trained instructors, you will refresh the basic knowledge of first aid. This includes topics such as:
- Stable lateral position
- Cardiac massage
- Application of a defibrillator
If desired, the topics can be customized to meet your needs and potential emergency situations in your facility.
Ideal course duration and group size
Decide for yourself how long the course should last: From two to six hours, everything is possible. Very popular to refresh the theory and practice of first aid is the half-day course of four hours. The ideal group size per course and instructor is 12 people (in individual cases up to a maximum of 15 people).
