Syrup homemade
Whether elderberry, rhubarb, ginger, mint or the classic raspberry: syrup is popular with young and old. In this workshop, you will venture into syrup production yourself. Before you get down to work, the syrup maker will tell you exactly what syrup is and how the boiled-down sugar juice can be used in culinary arts. Then, depending on the size of your team, you will be divided into two smaller groups. You will first make your own syrup based on a recipe and then create your own syrup using herbs, spices and juices. Of course, you can take your creations home with you.
Venue, duration, aperitif and hall rental
The syrup workshop takes place in an industrial hall in Kriens. It lasts three to four hours, depending on your time frame, and is crowned by a fine aperitif. By the way, you can also rent the hall for a subsequent company event, such as a Christmas dinner. It is 210 square meters in size and 6.5 meters high.
