Team building in a playful way

This workshop is suitable for promoting team spirit, strengthening the motivation to work together and being able to better assess existing group constellations. It is divided into three parts: Introduction to the subject matter, creative main part, evaluation and final discussion. Already during the introduction the participants are actively involved. Together, in small groups of 3 to 4 people, the teams make their own game under the guidance of the workshop leader. The workshop will show in an exciting and tangible way the behavior, the cooperation in the team and the approach of the group. It is structured in such a way that the balance of learning, being creative and having fun is right. Again and again, small partial successes can be celebrated and creativity can be lived out, which will also shape the group dynamics.

Evaluation and final balance

The further the workshop progresses, the more apparent the emerging result becomes. Finally, the participants present their game. Now experiences, findings and observations are exchanged in order to gain the greatest possible benefit from the workshop. In the final analysis, the benefit for the company is also shown and, if necessary, a learning transfer is defined.
