Introduction to successful communication

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of successful communication. The concept of "non-violent communication" (NVC) developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg in the 1960s will enable you to express your concerns more clearly, communicate better with your fellow human beings and resolve conflicts more quickly. After a theoretical introduction to the basic principles of NVC, you will put the knowledge you have acquired into practice with your team in practical exercises. The aim of the workshop is to be able to apply the communication tools taught in everyday life.

• What does empathic listening consist of?
  
• How do I communicate so that I am understood?
  
• How do I manage to understand the other person better?
  
• How do I maintain the connection even in conflict?
  You will learn in theory and practice how you can achieve profound changes in your professional and private life using simple means. The workshop will take your collaboration to a new level and strengthen your team spirit in the long term.
  
  

  The workshop leaders

  Depending on the size of your team, the workshop will be led by one or two people. Both course leaders specialize in communication, psychology and corporate culture. They have been practicing non-violent communication for many years and teach it as a pragmatic approach for more ease and understanding in everyday (professional) life.
