Whether you travel to the mountains as a new team or as a team that has already been in existence for some time: At the Winter Games you will get to know your colleagues better in a playful way. Far away from the daily work routine and independent of the existing hierarchies, you take on the challenge together. The competitions promote communication and mutual trust so that you can approach your future projects with a strengthened team spirit.

The games in the snow

In Davos, in Gstaad or on the Stockhorn, surrounded by the enchanting snow-covered mountain peaks, you will compete in the Winter Games. After a welcome drink and an introduction to the disciplines, you can get going. You can prove how fit your team is by racing on giant skis, throwing blocks of ice and parcours with snowshoes. Despite all the competitive spirit, the common fun is always in the foreground.
