Bake tarte flambée yourself

Your day is dedicated to the culture of our northern neighbour, Alsace. First you will bake a tarte flambée. For the Alsatian speciality, which is rich in variations, you need a dough, so you start by kneading. If the dough is nice and smooth, roll it out thinly. Of course we will be at your side with advice and practical help. Now cover your dough with the ingredients you feel like - a wide range of products is at your disposal. Now you can put your Flammkuchen in the wood-fired oven.

Other Alsatian specialities

In addition, you can enjoy other culinary specialities from Alsace, such as bakery oven, steamed knepfle, kettle meat and sauerkraut. The menu will be arranged according to your wishes. Feasting like God in France, that is simply part of the day.

After the pleasure comes the fun. Enjoy the Alsatian games in the following disciplines:

  Based on the Streissel wedding, an attempt must be made to throw the streissel accurately. Not so easy, because the flight path cannot be calculated.

  Which self-built flying object flies furthest away from the eagle's nest ?
• Hochkönigsburg catapult
  With the catapult of the Hochkönigsburg the bullets have to hit the given target.
