Welcome to the pub brewery

Before discovering the different stages of beer production with your team, you will first enjoy a rich aperitif. Then it's off to the brewery. You will taste the beer in its various stages of maturation and have a go at bottling it yourself. The seminar is rounded off with a competition. All participants will receive a self-bottled bottle with a personalised label and a brewery diploma to take home as a souvenir.

The brewer's feast - the 3-course menu

In between each stage of the event, fortify yourself with the various courses on your menu.

• Beer bread soup or leaf salad to scoop yourself.
  
• Spareribs, chicken wings and pulled beef with wheat beer spaetzli, fries and seasonal vegetables, served with BBQ sauce, garlic sauce and sour cream
  
• Brewer's beer cream with apricot and crumble

Brewery and restaurant in one

The beers from the Gasthaus brewery on Lake Zurich have won numerous awards. Switzerland's first organic beer and the world's first hemp beer were brewed here! In addition to the various brewery events, the company is distinguished by the combination of beer production and gastronomy. You can not only taste freshly brewed beers here, but also enjoy hearty dishes. The ingredients are mainly from regional production, the meat comes from Switzerland.
