In this exciting workshop you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about mustard, from its origin to its production. Whether as a relaxation during a seminar day or as targeted team building: The mustard workshop is inspiring, entertaining and interesting. Let us put together a tailor-made event for you, depending on time, budget and the size of your group.

The process could look like this

The workshop can be arranged according to your needs. By default the procedure is as follows:

• The story (presentation, approx. 20 min.)
  Where does mustard come from? How is it produced? You will learn the most important facts about the 3000 year history of mustard and discover its economic importance in the Roman Empire, the Middle Ages and today.
  
  
• The production (Video, approx. 15 min)
  In live recordings you will get an insight into one of the oldest mills in Europe. If you wish, you can then enjoy a quiz about mustard.
  
  
• The taste (tasting, about 30 min)
  Not all mustard is the same! Discover the differences in taste between industrial and naturally produced products.
  
  
• Discussion (approx. 15 min.)
  At the end of the workshop, the mustard expert will be happy to answer your questions on the subject of mustard.

The individual blocks can be expanded as desired and adapted to your wishes. After the event, all participants will receive a pot of mustard to take home as a gift.
