As idyllic as it used to be

Can you still remember how it used to be? How you rode along country roads, the wind in your face, the latest rock song in your ear? Relive that romantic feeling on a Pony or Tomos moped. Chug leisurely along panoramic roads with little traffic and enjoy the magnificent view.

Landscape and coziness

The forty-kilometre round trip leads from Herrenschwanden around the Frienisberg. Along the way, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Alps, the Jura, the Three Lakes region and Lake Wohlen. For your information, a ring binder with pictures and text is attached to the handlebars of the moped. Along the way, numerous inns invite you to linger and farm stores sell local specialties. There are also "Swiss family" fire pits for a barbecue picnic along this route.

Program proposal

Morning / afternoon: Individual arrival by car or post bus to Herrenschwanden

• 10 a.m. / 4 p.m.: Professional instruction; handing over the route navigation; equipping with helmet and start of the joint ride

• 15:00 / 20:00: Return the bikes to the starting point

Alternatives

This event can also be booked as a day, half-day or evening excursion in summer. The route is forty kilometers, which corresponds to a pure driving time of about 2.5 hours. The "Töfflibuebe feeling" is possible throughout Switzerland. The mopeds can be brought to the location of your choice. Let us advise you.

Safety and rainy weather

All participants receive a motorcycle helmet. Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Rain ponchos are provided to protect against the wet; the mopeds also have mudguards. This means that your excursion can take place whatever the weather.
