Give your team a strengthening community experience in one of the largest floodplain landscapes in Switzerland!

In the morning you will explore the most beautiful corners of the Thurauen on a guided excursion through the nature reserve. From a primeval forest to colourful flower meadows and desert-like gravel plains - thanks to renaturation, this unique combination of habitats is back on the Thur. On the way, however, you will not only explore this fascinating landscape, but also encounter some typical animal and plant species. Afterwards a cosy lunch by the campfire awaits you.

After lunch you have the choice between different programs:

Volunteering - doing good together

Together with your employees you make a tangible contribution to the care of the protected area. In the heart of the Thurauen you will first be equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools. Then you will start to fight unwanted plants. During the work there will also be time for discovering rare plants and animals.

Team training in nature

A team trainer accompanies you through the afternoon program. The focus is on the interaction between the participants: I change groups and have to solve different tasks. This requires skill, trust and good communication. Team training is therefore particularly suitable for linking up working groups or integrating new team members.

Water & Land - Boat trip on Thur and Rhine

You change the perspective and experience the floodplain landscape from the water. A safe rafting boat takes you right through the Thurauen and onto the Rhine. Under the expert guidance of a professional skipper you paddle all the way to Eglisau. On the way you will marvel at the impressive riverbank landscapes, see beaver tracks and enjoy a refreshing swim.
