Create your team salami
Make spicy salami together. In this workshop you will become a sausage creator. Produce with your team the popular and appreciated Spiezer mountain salami under the expert guidance of the meat expert. You will produce the sausage mixture for your salami from high-quality Swiss meat. You turn the meat through the mincer, season and taste it, and then stuff the sausage into the casing. Then the salami is hung in the ripening cabinet for six weeks, where a layer of noble mold forms on the sausage. After six weeks, you will receive a package of your homemade salamis as a memento of your team event.
The meat experts are also happy to produce other sausage specialties with you: for example, bratwursts of various kinds; you and your team will then enjoy the fresh sausage delights perfected on the grill.
Home made cold plates
Instead of learning how to sausage, you can venture into another culinary specialty: cold plating. In this course you will learn about different suitable meat and cheese products, try out various laying techniques and receive many practical tips.
Tasting, aperitif and meal
Both courses are ideal to smoothly transition to the aperitif or lunch or dinner. You decide whether only part or all of the sausages made or the beautiful cold platters are used for the tasting, for an aperitif or an extended meal.
Other possible activities
For large groups, the courses offered can be supplemented with a barbecue workshop or with the cheerful, exciting guessing game "Taste the sausage". We are also happy to organize a suitable meal for you after the workshop.
