The music of the Sambistas

This very special workshop focuses on drumming, playing, singing and moving. We take your employees to Brazil and introduce them to the musical language of the Sambistas from Rio de Janeiro in a short time. Within a short time, the participants will be familiarized with one of 6 rhythm instruments of the Samba Batucada (Rio de Janeiro) and with a song that is easy to learn. The different rhythms are learned in groups and combined into a pulsating whole.

Different instruments - one language

Divided into six smaller teams, they each learn a specific samba instrument and practice a typical samba rhythm on it. Now these rhythms are put together. The tension rises, the call of the Sambistas sounds, the different instruments enter - and wow, the magic groove starts to roll! All that's missing now is the song to go with it - don't worry, it's easy to learn. For the finale, everyone goes full throttle and puts the crown on the brilliant performance.

Making music together invigorates team spirit

In the workshop, a samba batucada (drummed samba) is created with six different instrumental groups. The precisely organized orchestra reflects the complex interactions in a work team in many ways. And all this without many words and in a fun way. Drumming and singing, your team experiences the interplay of different voices in a powerful whole - best and guaranteed lingering 'food' for the team spirit.
