Finest homemade pasta
The origin of pasta production is not thought to be in Italy, but in China. Wheat noodles are said to have been produced there more than 4,000 years ago. They reached Europe via the Silk Road. In this workshop you will dare to make pasta yourself. A culinary experience awaits you in which you may make your own personal contribution. After a welcome drink and a short introduction, you will get down to work. With different ingredients you give your pasta a very personal flavor, color and shape.
Aperitif and dinner with wine accompaniment
While your pasta dries, you will first enjoy an aperitif platter with delicacies of meat and cheese. Then you will be spoiled with a dinner of your choice. It may or may not be pasta. You will be served suitable drinks to go with it. The selection includes wines from Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France and Georgia. After dessert you can end the evening with a drink or a coffee. Of course, you will take home a package of the pasta you have produced.
