The procedure

The program is clearly structured and offers a balance between individual experience and collective exchange.

• Arrival and orientation: Reception of the group at the camp site with a burning fire, which serves as a safe starting point and retreat.
• Solo time in nature: Team members spend around 30 minutes alone in a freely chosen place to sharpen their senses and record their thoughts on a notepad.
• Change of perspective with a companion: Participants are given a natural object such as a feather or a sphere to help them refocus and consciously perceive details of their surroundings.
• Creative symbol work: Participants work on a piece of nature with a pocket knife, creating a tangible memento of their experiences.
• Flexible stopovers: It is possible to return to the camp site at any time between the individual stages to recharge your batteries, pause for a moment and exchange ideas with others.
• Communal reflection: Return to the campfire, where impressions are shared within the group and the focus is on the shared experience.
