Meeting the dogs
You will be greeted by our sled dog guide and informed about the upcoming experience. You will learn lots of interesting facts about the trusting sled dogs and will be allowed to help prepare the huskies and pack the equipment.
Once the sled dogs have been prepared, you will receive the necessary instructions and valuable tips for driving your own team. After a hearty lunch, you harness your dogs to the sled. With your own dog team of three to four dogs, you will drive across the snow-covered valley plain.
Snowshoe tour with huskies
As an alternative to the dog sled ride, you will walk through the snow-covered mountain landscape on snowshoes accompanied by huskies. The quiet movement in the silence of nature, as well as the handling and reliability of the huskies will be a unique experience for you. Back at the husky lodge, you can help feed the huskies. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious cheese fondue in the cozy restaurant.
