Whether you are traveling to the mountains as a new team or an existing one: The Winter Games are a fun way to get to know your colleagues better. Far away from the daily work routine and independent of existing hierarchies, you take on the challenge together. The competitions promote communication and mutual trust so that you can tackle your future projects with a stronger team spirit.

The games in the snow

In Davos or Gstaad, surrounded by the magical snow-covered mountain peaks, you compete in the Winter Games. After a welcome drink and an introduction to the disciplines, you're ready to get started. You can prove how fit your team is by racing on giant skis, throwing blocks of ice and completing the course on snowshoes. Despite the competitive spirit, the focus is always on having fun together.
