Not the fastest wins

The fastest is not always the winner in the end. There are various ways of organising the race in such a way that even the weaker participants have a chance to get onto the podium. First is whoever manages the downhill run closest in the given time. Or: At the finish line, the participants estimate how long it took them to cross the finish line. So everyone has the same chances and nobody has to take a risk.

The award ceremony as well as the après-ski will be arranged according to your wishes. Perhaps you will spoil the hungry ski racers with a fondue afterwards?
