Your own personal cocktail
Under the guidance of the experienced bartender, you mix your own personal "signature drink" from a variety of ingredients. This is as unique as a signature and therefore has a high recognition value. If you are not completely satisfied with your first attempt, you can of course continue to tinker with the perfect mixture.
The Pinsaplausch
After mixing cocktails, the creative side continues. A rich buffet with ingredients to make a pinsa awaits you. Pinsa is a type of pizza, but made from sourdough. Thanks to the fermentation time of at least 48 hours, pinsa is lighter, more digestible and much lower in calories than traditional pizza. As with the latter, there are countless ways to create a unique taste experience with pinsa. All participants top their pinsa according to their own preferences. If desired, the pinsa party can be supplemented with salad and/or a delicious homemade dessert.
Aperitif, decoration and supporting program
While the pinsa turns into a steaming delicacy in the oven, enjoy an aperitif; in summer on the city beach, during the cooler months in the winter wonder bar. The legendary "Scherzplättli" with local delicacies, together with a glass of wine or Prosecco, has already made many connoisseurs dream. The on-site catering team will be happy to decorate the room according to your ideas. Let us advise you personally so that you can round off the event with an attractive entertainment program.
