About the cook
The chef was born in Bogotá, Colombia. In all his years as a chef, he has traveled a lot around the world. He has lived in the United States, Ecuador and Argentina. Thanks to all these experiences, Latin American flavors and dishes are constantly present in his recipes.
In addition, he is also a trained course instructor and teacher in the field of integration for migrants.
In his workshops you will not only learn to cook, but also to know new flavors, to try them and to enjoy them.
