Let the Indian cook show you how to prepare a typical Indian menu. The course takes place at the chef's home in a new, modern kitchen. Under expert guidance, you will learn how to prepare a three or four-course meal yourself from start to finish. Naturally, only fresh ingredients and authentic spices are used. During this cooking event, you will also learn how to make delicious mixtures yourself from the countless Indian spices and how to combine and use them.
Procedure from aperitif to dessert
When you arrive, all the ingredients will be ready for you, nicely arranged according to the steps. After the welcome aperitif, the chef will explain to you in detail what a curry is and what masala consists of and will go into detail about the recipes (which you can easily make yourself at home), the process and the special conditions in the kitchen. Then it's time for the mise en place: chopping onions, preparing a fresh spice paste, chopping vegetables, marinating meat - teamwork is required. You can then enjoy the prepared dishes at the beautifully laid table. The culinary experience ends with a coffee or tea.
