Fun in the kitchen

Cooking together is a bonding experience. It promotes team spirit, creativity and communication. In this workshop, you'll venture into vegan cuisine. Whether raw food, everyday or gourmet cuisine, whether for a health promotion lunch, a casual afternoon in the kitchen or an end-of-year dinner: Spontaneity and fun are in the foreground, there is a lot of improvisation and even more laughter. In addition to cooking, preparing, arranging, decorating and, of course, enjoying together, you will learn valuable nutrition facts, recipes and tips and tricks for everyday life. The cooking will take place at your premises, in the workshop leader's cooking studio, outdoors or at another suitable location. Look forward to a cooking course that is as instructive as it is enjoyable.


This is how the cooking event could go

  • The basics of vegan cuisine.
    Why is the vegan diet healthy? What are the main ingredients of vegan cuisine? How can you "veganize" familiar dishes in a simple and healthy way? Make your own vegan cheese and create delicious sauces, appetizers and about one dish per person present.

  • Speed Kitchen
    In this dynamic cooking class, you'll cook hand-in-hand on a variety of dishes. The clock tells you when to move to the next station. Some improvisation is required, because the respective recipe status is not always clear. But don't worry, the workshop leader always knows what to do.

  • Intuitive and creative in everyday life.
    Who has the time and desire to cook according to recipes every day? No problem: if you know the basic flavors and know how to combine them in a refined way, you don't need recipes. In this course you will learn to prepare delicious dishes in a simple and efficient way.

  • Kitchen Battle
    Action and fun are guaranteed in the "battle of the wooden spoons". You will cook in teams to compete, judged on recipe interpretation, tasting and creative serving. Popular also for bachelor parties!


Possible focus

  • Sauces
    From delicious dips to French dressing and Ceasar dressing to homemade mayonnaise and BBQ marinades, learn everything you need to know about sauces to add a special touch to meat substitutes, vegetables or salads.

  • Vegan alternatives to cheese, cream and meat.
    Did you know that you can top gratins with yeast molasses? Discover almond paste, cashew paste, oat cream, etc. for cream-like sauces. And find out what fine dishes can be conjured up from seitan, pea shreds, dinki and jackfruit.

  • Boundless raw
    Whether it's cream cheese made from cashew nuts or a great lasagna, there are (almost) no limits in raw food cuisine. Learn the basics and ins and outs of this vitamin- and enzyme-rich culinary art. Try out simple raw food recipes that can be perfectly integrated into your everyday life.

  • Fermenting
    Kambucha, kimchi, kabis and Co.: Learn how you can produce the valuable probiotic suppliers in your own kitchen.

The workshop leader...

...is a passionate, motivated and optimistic cook whose heart beats for animals and the environment. She trained as a raw food and vegan chef as well as a health and nutrition consultant in the USA and Switzerland. As a leader of vegan workshops, she advocates for a conscious sustainable lifestyle and would like to motivate other people along the way to enjoy vegan food more often and thereby save lives and reduce suffering.
