Cooking and strengthening team spirit
This team event is all about discovering new flavors, trying out new things and experiencing them together. After your arrival at the course location, you will be served an aperitif on request. You will then be introduced to the secrets of Asian cuisine under professional guidance. In small groups, you will take on various tasks in the preparation of the menu: from chopping fresh ingredients to the artful presentation of the dishes. Depending on your wishes, a minimum of three and a maximum of five courses will be created.
In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have time to exchange ideas with the other members of your group while cooking. Working together promotes communication skills, improves time management and allows you to solve challenges in a creative way.
Menu of your choice
After prior consultation, the menu will be tailored to your requirements. Sample menus could look like this:
Menu 1
- Starter: Glass noodle and cucumber salad
- Main course: Curry with a selection of vegetables and fruit
- Dessert: Mango yoghurt cup
Menu 2
- Starter: Spring rolls
- Main course: Pad Thai
- Dessert: Asian-style mango cream
After cooking, enjoy the dishes you have prepared yourself over a meal together.
