Grill what your heart desires: in the smoker, on the grill or on barbecue barrels prepare extraordinary dishes.

Various grills

Grilling somehow always goes. Our grill master will introduce you and your team to the art of fire cooking and grilling. From the aperitif to the dessert, you prepare all dishes on the grills. Smoker, ceramic grill and special grill barrels are used. The grills are fired with charcoal, pellets and gas.


Your barbecue

After arriving at the grill location, the grill master will welcome you with an aperitif. Afterwards, the menu is discussed and the work is distributed. Together you will now prepare the individual dishes.
For example, a whole fillet of beef, whole spare ribs of veal or a whole salmon will be grilled. Special pieces are grilled, which one does not use normally in the small household in such a way.
But also vegetarians get their money's worth. A pan of spaetzli is tossed and they conjure up all kinds of delicacies from potatoes.
Vegetables in a different way: stuffed cabbage, stuffed vegetable zest or hot peppers contain a surprising inner life.
And dessert, of course, comes from the grill. Everyone knows grilled pineapple and melon, but an Applepie or fine apple cakes are not everyday desserts from the grill.


The location

The grill kitchen offers space for 30 people. The various grills are protected from the weather, so that the workshop can be held dry even in bad weather. In the well-equipped grill kitchen you prepare the individual dishes to grill them afterwards outside.
