Cooking Italian together
In a restaurant rented especially for you in Ticino, you will cook with your team colleagues, surprise each other with your culinary skills and experience creative hours far away from the daily work routine. Together you prepare a classic or modern Italian three- or four-course menu.
Set up, cook, coordinate
After the welcome by the chef, your group will be divided into small teams, each of which will prepare the starter, the main course or the dessert. The professional chef will assist the teams with tips and tricks. Each of them can do the work that suits him or her best: washing and preparing the ingredients, timing the menu and preparing it on the stove. Communication and teamwork are the main focus.
Eat and enjoy
After working in the kitchen you can enjoy the successful meals in the cosy restaurant. Exchange your newly gained experiences, enjoy the meal prepared together and discover that the saying "many cooks spoil the broth" does not apply to your team! If you wish, team cooking can be complemented with a tasting of local wines.
Your cook and event manager
The chef who will look after you during team cooking and introduce your team to Italian cuisine first taught at the Migros Club School. He then worked for several seasons at the FoodLab in Locarno, where he led numerous courses. Since 2019 he has been giving street food courses at the "Mulino Maroggia" company.
