The workshop
This event will bring your team closer together in a fun and relaxed way. All participants work together to bring a delicious menu to the table, train their communication and time management skills and learn to solve problems in a creative way.
After arriving on site, you can start the event with a welcome aperitif if you wish. Then it's time to get cooking: Under professional guidance, participants take on various tasks such as preparing, cooking and serving the food. In small groups, you will prepare the starter, main course and dessert.
The menu
The menus are tailored to your needs after prior consultation. Sample menus could look like this:
Menu 1
- Starter: Salad and soup
- Main course: Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with rösti or noodles
- Dessert: warm brownies and chocolate mousse
Menu 2 (lactose-free)
- Starter: Glass noodle and cucumber salad
- Main course: Butter chicken and/or vegetable curry
- Dessert: mango yoghurt cup
After cooking, we dine together.
