Crispy and tasty
Crispbread... who doesn't know it? Good crispbread has nothing to do with dusty, dry bread that you store at the back of the kitchen cupboard for meagre times... and then forget about it for years. Good, home-baked crispbread is tasty, full-bodied, rich, grainy and crunchy. Grainy crispbread will be a big hit at your next aperitif. Spread with hummus or herb quark and it will be gone in no time at all.
The workshop
In the course, you will learn how to bake this specialty yourself so that you always have it on hand at home! While the crispbread is in the oven, you can enjoy an aperitif in the Wystübli - including crispbread, of course - and solve a tricky puzzle.
Make sure you bring a food storage tin so that you can take the finished crispbread home with you! The course price naturally includes the recipe so that you can make the crispbread at home.
The course takes place in the old kitchen, the heart of the 430-year-old former Capuchin monastery in the middle of Solothurn.
