Chestnuts, apples or mulled wine?
Would you like to get creative with your team and learn something new? This sausage course offers you both. You won't be making run-of-the-mill sausages, but delicacies inspired by winter flavors. There are no limits to your imagination: refine your sausage with chestnuts, plums, dried apples or even mulled wine. The specialist will also be happy to cater to your individual wishes.
To take away
After a welcome from the sausage professional, you will receive an introduction to sausage production and learn about the products used to make your sausages. Only Swiss quality meat is used. After discussing the recipes, you will get to work yourself and prepare your sausages in groups of two under expert guidance. Each team processes two kilograms of meat - the sausages that are not eaten on site can be taken home after the course.
Aperitif or barbecue
As soon as the sausages are ready, they are tasted. You decide whether you would like a pure sausage tasting or whether you would like to book an extensive barbecue as part of the course. The sausages will be accompanied by salads and Züpfe as well as a delicious dessert. An aperitif with products from the sausage factory can also be booked on request.
After consultation with the sausage expert, the course can also be held at the location of your choice if a suitable room is available.
