The art of folding
They are a hit at every food festival: momos. The delicious dumplings from Tibet have long since established themselves here too. This workshop introduces you to the art of making momos - so that you can make the delicacy yourself in future.
The two Tibetan momo professionals will explain every step of the momo-making process to participants in detail. The first step is to prepare the dough. Once it has been rolled out and shaped, the filling is distributed. This ranges from vegetables such as spinach to meat - so there is something for every taste. Now comes the real challenge: folding the dumplings. The professionals are on hand to give you tips. A spicy chilli sauce and a tomato sauce are also prepared.
Pure relaxation and enjoyment
The focus of this workshop is not only on work, but also on pleasure: after the momos have been successfully prepared, the group sits together at a large table to enjoy a meal.
The course takes place in the listed Capuchin monastery, which is surrounded by a green oasis: The ideal place to switch off from the hectic pace of everyday life and indulge in culinary delights.
