Making pasta "alla Nonna"
When you arrive, everything you need to make pasta in the traditional way is already waiting for you: a wooden board, a roller and, of course, the fresh ingredients for the dough. Flour, water and, if necessary, eggs, lots of love and joy, a little time and patience: this is the simple and wonderful recipe for homemade pasta. And, of course, your hands are also needed. Under the guidance of a pasta expert who learned the craft from her grandmother in Italy, you will knead, roll, roll out, shape and cut the pasta. All participants work independently! Finally, you will taste the workshop leader's pasta creations "alla Nonna". You can take your own creations home with you.
