Seasonal recipes
During this team event, you will get creative, let off steam in the kitchen and create a culinary delicacy from Swiss meat together with your team. When you arrive at the course venue, you will be welcomed by an expert. The course begins with a theoretical introduction to sausage making and the ingredients you will be using.
You will then discuss with the sausage professional which recipes you would like to make. The course instructor will take your personal preferences into account as well as seasonal conditions.
Tips from a professional
Now it's time for the sausage: in groups of two, you will work on processing the high-quality ingredients into delicious grilled sausages. You will learn how to use the various kitchen utensils that are used for sausage making. You can then apply your newly acquired knowledge at home - and create sausages for your loved ones as you please. During the course, the sausage professional will be on hand with help and advice.
With barbecue on request
After the work is done, you can try it out: does your own sausage taste the same as the butcher's - or even better? If you wish, you can book an extensive barbecue as part of the course. Salads and Züpfe are served with your sausage and a delicious dessert at the end.
Each team of two will produce two kilograms of sausage. After the tasting or the barbecue, you take the remaining sausages home with you. You can bring your own container or have the course instructor pack the sausages for you.
Would you prefer to do the sausage course at a location of your choice? This is also possible after consultation with the sausage expert, provided a suitable room is available.
