Classics from the north
They not only please the palate, but also the eye: Smörrebröd, the classic sandwiches from Denmark, which are offered in restaurants or at markets.
Under expert guidance, you will prepare four different Smörrebröd variations and a typical Danish dessert in this workshop. A highlight is the Smörrebröd "mess", the instructor's specialty: homemade rye bread is spread with salted butter and then topped with tender roast pork, fresh coleslaw, radishes, cucumber, cress, lingonberry jam and orange fillets. A skewer with cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices completes the creation. The whole thing is artfully arranged on slate plates.
Folk music and honey wine
While you fill your sandwiches, Danish folk music plays from the loudspeakers and you toast in style with drinks from Scandinavia, such as local beers and soft drinks or a glass of honey wine (Mjød). Let us take you on a culinary journey to the north!
