Cooking over the fire
During this outdoor event, you will prepare a delicious meal in a beautiful spot in the forest or elsewhere in nature. But before you start cooking, you first have to make a fire. Under expert guidance, groups of five to ten people will try their hand at creating a spark with a flint. As soon as the fire is burning, you prepare the food: Fish or chicken is skewered on twigs, vegetables are chopped. When the embers are ready, the food is roasted and toasted.
Depending on the season and location, you can collect plants and herbs in the forest or meadow to add to your menu: Prepare crispy nettle potato chips for an aperitif or conjure up a fine tea from forest herbs.
If you wish, you can enjoy a juicy chocolate banana and a good coffee for dessert after your meal.
Further activities possible
The event can take place at a location in the countryside of your choice. Places are available in the Zurich, Lucerne and Olten regions. After consultation, the team will organize a suitable location in your region for you. Survival cooking can also be ideally combined with other outdoor activities, for example with several hours of survival training in the forest, an extensive fire-making course or building a rope bridge.
