Cooking in a race
Attention Challenge - the knives are sharpened: The aim of the cooking duel is to process and present all the available ingredients from a shopping basket as cleverly and deliciously as possible to create a tasty menu, under time pressure of course. Each team has the same ingredients at their disposal.
The task is to create a three-course menu using the ingredients provided. As there is no set menu, you must first discuss as a team how you want to use, prepare and present the ingredients. Brains, creativity and passion for working with food are required.
Each team has to cook the dishes for their own group plus prepare two additional plates for the jury. At the end, the jury (the kitchen crew and someone from the teams) decides which group has cooked the best. But beware, hygiene and other aspects are also assessed! An event that can be watched like a TV show - fun and with a real challenge spirit.
Cooking fever together
Ready, steady, go - you have about two hours! Under expert guidance, the groups will now eagerly compete for the day's victory. They will flambé, deglaze and cook for all they're worth. Points will be awarded for mise en place and preparation during the cooking process, and finally the expert jury will judge the taste of the dishes that you have conjured up together. Please note that this is a team event - the kitchen team is on hand to provide advice and support - your team spirit is required!
Meal and award ceremony
At the end of the cooking adventure, you can enjoy your three-course meal together and finally the announcement of the winners, with a prize-giving ceremony if you wish. Which team will win the cooking competition?
