Welcome drink and aperitif
Want to get a taste of international cuisine, get in the mood for your next trip and conjure up a delicious menu together with your team, family or friends? This can be perfectly combined at the team cooking workshop at Zurich-Kloten Airport.
Over a welcome drink, you will get to know Chef Timmy, who will guide you through the evening. While Timmy explains the course of the evening, you can enjoy an aperitif that has already been prepared for you. This includes tomato and mozzarella salad, lettuce with Caesar dressing and bacon and lime soup with prawns - all in finger food portions so that you can tackle the pots and pans with renewed energy and still have enough room for the main course that you will be preparing.
Tatar or menu of your choice
Then the time has come: equipped with chef's aprons, which you can keep as a souvenir after the event, you and your team get to work and conjure up Timmy's specialty, a delicious tartare, in the kitchen. The chef will guide you step by step. You prepare the dish in a cozy atmosphere.
Afterwards you will taste it: You eat the tartare together and enjoy the cozy get-together. At the end of the evening, you will not only receive the tartare recipe from the chef, but also a diploma confirming your participation in the event.
By prior arrangement, it is also possible to prepare a menu according to your wishes - perhaps to match your next vacation destination?
