Identifying and collecting herbs
Experience the power of nature on this wild herb experience cooking course, which focuses on the well-being of body and mind, but also on team cohesion. At the beginning, under the expert guidance of the course instructor, you will go on a short excursion through the forest and meadow - very close to the course room - to discover, identify and collect edible wild herbs.
You will then transform the treasures you have collected - supplemented by high-quality, regional ingredients - into a creative three-course meal. The menu includes organic vegetarian delicacies - meat dishes can be added on request (for an extra charge). Home-baked bread is served with the meal and drinks are included.
Alternative for bad weather
Whether with friends, as a team, club or with customers - this course is a culinary experience for anyone who wants to combine nature and enjoyment. If the weather is very bad, the outdoor part will be replaced by a lecture on wild herbs in the course room, illustrated with pictures and wild herbs collected in advance. In this case, you will then cook with the plants provided.
