Your practical companion for work and leisure
Everyone is currently talking about individual journaling. But what does it actually mean? It is not an appointment calendar, a notebook, a sketchbook or a diary, and yet it is a bit of all of these: you can use it to organize your everyday life and keep track of tasks, but also to record ideas, travel plans, sketches and notes. In this workshop, you will find out how else you can use the journal. You will design and bind an individual dot notebook according to your wishes.
Creative upcycling of used paper
An individual book with writable pages is created from dotted and colored paper as well as all kinds of used paper such as sheet music, maps or gift and kraft paper. You can then bind the pages together with yarn or a packing string using the simple yet elegant Japanese bookbinding technique. And now you have your unique journal in your hands.
Aims and content of the workshop
