Introduction to the world of cocktails

The cocktail workshop in Engelberg offers the opportunity to try something new in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Whether you are planning a team outing, holding a seminar on site or looking for an experience with family or friends: This event is guaranteed to provide fun and variety.

During an introduction to the history and basics of cocktail mixing, you will learn more about the origins of the various cocktails and the techniques used to mix them. The bartender will then introduce you to the various ingredients and tools needed to prepare cocktails.

Prepare three cocktails

After the theoretical introduction, you and your team will immediately put what you have learned into practice: Under expert guidance, you will mix three different cocktails. The cocktails are selected in advance. One cocktail is prepared without alcohol so that non-drinkers or female drivers can also get their money's worth.

Typical options could include the following cocktails:

• Classic Mojito: a refreshing cocktail made with rum, lime juice, fresh mint, sugar and soda.
  
• Cosmopolitan: a classy drink made with vodka, triple sec, lime juice and cranberry juice.
  
• Virgin Piña Colada: a non-alcoholic version of the tropical classic, made with coconut cream, pineapple juice and cream.

Give free rein to your creativity

After you and your group have learned the basics and mixed your first cocktails under supervision, creativity is required: you have the opportunity to develop your own creations. The bartenders are always on hand to give tips and answer questions.
