Together on a sweet work
In the Gingerbread House Workshop, you will work on a sweet creation in every sense of the word. Each team receives two large slabs of already baked honey gingerbread. All the ingredients needed for the decoration are also already ready: more gingerbread elements, marzipan, icing, food colouring, liquid chocolate and much more. Before you start decorating, the house must first be built. In the team you discuss the construction, then it is measured, cut, assembled and finally decorated.
A village of gingerbread houses
Larger groups are divided into small teams. Each team builds its own gingerbread house. At the end of the workshop you can group your creations into a pretty village or a whole town made of gingerbread.
In Burgdorf or at the location of your choice
The workshop location in Burgdorf offers space for up to 50 people. On request, the specialist team will also bring all the necessary materials to you (Burgdorf, Bern, Solothurn and Biel region). The gingerbread house can easily be produced in a meeting room or in the refectory of your company. As infrastructure, a refrigerator, a power connection and hot tap water should be available within reach.
