The tour
Your stay at the mushroom farm in Zurich starts with a brief introduction to mycelium, substrate and the basic steps of mushroom cultivation. You and your group will learn how to set up a successful culture and which factors influence growth and harvesting. The various stages of mushroom development will be shown and explained. Typical mistakes, differences and success characteristics will be discussed together. You will also have the opportunity to ask the mushroom experts questions at any time.
The workshop
If you wish, you can then carry out all the work steps yourself under expert guidance: Loosening the substrate, filling, sealing and testing. The result is a finished cultivation set that continues to grow at home and can be harvested later. Finally, you will receive compact care instructions as well as tips for harvesting and further growth cycles.

Would you like the shortened version, which is limited to the guided tour of the farm? Then choose the "Compact" offer (approx. 2 hours).
The "Active" offer (approx. 4 hours) includes the workshop and the experiment.
