Lots of interesting facts about pasta production
Whether with your work colleagues, club members or with your friends and family: visit this pasta workshop right on Locarno's lakeside promenade if you want to combine enjoyment, creativity and a great communal experience.
When you arrive at the course venue, you will be greeted by the chef, who will guide you through the pasta workshop. After a round of introductions in which you can exchange experiences with pasta preparation and Italian cuisine, you will learn everything you need to know about the main ingredients: Flour, eggs and water are all you need to create delicious pasta. You will also receive an introduction to the tools that are used.
Create different shapes
You will then make the pasta dough step by step under the guidance of the chef. The professional will show you different shapes such as tagliatelle or ravioli - what do you fancy?
While the kitchen team cooks your pasta for you, you get in the mood to enjoy it together with a final round. Three sauces are traditionally served with your own creations: a tomato-based sauce, a creamy sauce and a pesto. Other sauces are also available on request. On request, an aperitif can also be arranged for you before the start of the course.
