Step-by-step instructions

After welcoming you, the professional sculptor will take you and your team to the prepared workstations and explain the various tools needed to work the stone. Then you will get to work yourself: The individual processing steps will be shown to you in detail by the professional before you carry them out yourself - so your work of art is guaranteed to succeed, regardless of whether you are a beginner or already a professional.

The first step is to draw the chosen motif on the stone. The stone is then carved. Sandstone from Ostermundigen is used, which is ideal for beginners as it is soft and quick to work with. It takes around three hours to complete the relief in the stone.

Decoration for your company building or office

As a rule, all participants design the same subject. However, individual creations can also be made on request. Discuss your desired subject with the sculptor in advance to ensure that it is feasible. The finished work of art can be taken home immediately after the workshop. The carved stones serve as a beautiful decoration that can be used to enhance your home or company building.

The workshops take place either in the morning from 8 am - 12 noon or in the afternoon from 1.30 pm - 5.30 pm.
