Delicacies for the kitchen
Rosemary, thyme, oregano - in this course you will experience aromatic herbs with all your senses. You will learn how to make herbal salt and herbal vinegar from the treasures from the garden.
In the 45-minute workshop, you will learn lots of interesting facts about a large selection of culinary herbs - including how to use and care for them. You will then choose your favorites and create a salt mixture and vinegar to suit your taste under expert guidance.
Instructions for at home
All the necessary products will be provided for you and your group by the course leader. You will work with organic herbs. With the help of the handout you will receive during the course, you will be able to make delicious herbal products in your own kitchen.
The workshop takes place at the course location in Zurich or Winterthur. On request, the instructor can also come to the location of your choice, be it your company or an external venue.
