Joint ascent through the gorge
To climb up a gorge is a great experience. Surrounded by rocks, water and the flora and fauna, you experience nature in an environment rarely visited by humans. Unlike canyoning, you do not walk in the river bed itself. Rather, you carefully feel your way from stone to stone, walk along the banks of the river and climb over boulders and balance over tree trunks. You will help each other to overcome waterfalls.
Hiking time and conditions
The ascent through the gorge takes about 1 to 3 hours (depending on the region), including breaks and snacks. Apart from surefootedness, there are no special requirements to be met. For the way back outside the gorge you need half an hour on foot. It is possible to drive to the exit of the gorge, you can also be picked up.
Barbecue after the hike
If you wish, you can combine your expedition with an organised barbecue in a nearby forest hut. In dry weather an additional short hike to an uncovered barbecue area with tables is possible. If you wish, we can also organise a visit to a good restaurant for you.
