Create Your Team Salami
Make spicy salami together. In this workshop, you’ll become a sausage maker. Work with your team to produce the universally popular and highly regarded Spiezer Bergsalami under the expert guidance of a meat specialist. Using high-quality Swiss meat, you’ll prepare the sausage mixture for your salami. You’ll grind the meat, season it to taste, and then stuff the mixture into the casings. The salami is then hung in the curing cabinet for six weeks, where a layer of noble mold forms on the surface. After six weeks, you’ll receive a small package containing the salamis you made yourself as a memento of your team event.
The meal and other sausage- and barbecue-related activities
The meat experts are also looking forward to making other sausage specialties with you—for example, a wide variety of bratwurst; you and your team can then enjoy the fresh sausages cooked to perfection on the grill.
For large groups, the courses offered can be supplemented with a grilling workshop or the fun and exciting guessing game “Sausage Tasting.”
The course is ideal for a smooth transition to an aperitif, lunch, or dinner.
