Sweet ideas for your bachelorette party
Celebrate the last evening before the wedding with your girlfriends and say goodbye to your time as a bachelorette with pleasure. Many sweet ideas are waiting to be realized by your group of women. For example, you can make your own cupcakes, cookies, tirggel and macarons or create a delicious (savory) aperitif. Whatever your heart desires: your wishes will come true in this creative workshop.
The various workshops
- Casting chocolate bars: The bride loves chocolate? Perfect! In this workshop, each participant will mold two chocolate bars and a chocolate heart and decorate the creations to her heart's content with freeze-dried fruit, nuts, spices and various decorative materials. The chocolate heart can also be embellished with a personal message.
- Chocolates & Truffles: Make delicious chocolates together with your friends. There are six delicious fillings to choose from, just waiting for their big moment. At the end of the bachelorette party, all participants will take home 35 homemade chocolates and truffles.
- High heels made of chocolate: Is the bride crazy about shoes? Then this is the right event. Each participant decorates a pre-molded chocolate shoe to her heart's content. Intricate ornaments are applied with a piping bag and then finished off with powdered paint and sugar pearls.
- Cupcake decorating: Decorate pre-baked cupcakes creatively with fondant. Under expert guidance, you can create beautiful flowers, mesh, elegant roses and matching leaves. Filigree patterns can be conjured up on the cupcakes using stencils made from royal icing.
- Make chocolate kisses: Each participant creates 20 chocolate kisses to her own taste. The homemade mixture of egg white and sugar is piped using a piping bag, filled with fruity fillings, caramel or ganache and covered with chocolate.
- Cookie decorating: Each participant can creatively decorate and label ten pre-baked heart cookies with colored egg white piping icing. Each cookie is beautifully packaged at the end. The cookies are perfect as personalized place cards for the wedding guests.
- Baking Zurich Tirggel: Make your own spicy Tirggel dough and decorate the traditional cookie with an elegant pattern. Finally, the Tirggel are baked in the oven and beautifully packaged.
- Make cake pops: These sweet little cakes on a stick are a hit. Mix and shape your cake lollipops and cover them with beautifully colored cake icing after baking. Finally, decorate the cake pops with sugar pearls, sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, glitter and chocolate ornaments.
- Baking macarons: You make your own macaron shells and complete the exquisite pastries with different fillings. In between, you will fortify yourself with a crispy snack. At the end of the workshop, each participant can take home 24 homemade macarons.
- Casting chocolate curd: Make your own fresh chocolate curd on your wedding night! Each participant creates five different slabs of broken chocolate. The slabs are then each cut into eight pieces, so that each person can take home up to 40 bars (total 1.25 kg).
Self-created or additional aperitif
Instead of sweet delicacies, you can also create your own aperitif and make savory snacks together, such as flûtes, a focaccia, parmesan cookies, dumplings with a sweet and sour sauce or chicken balls with mango salsa. At the end, there is plenty of time to enjoy the aperitif. However, you also have the option of indulging in an aperitif prepared for you after a sweet workshop. Toast the bride with a glass of Prosecco, orange juice or wine and enjoy salty nibbles or a variety of delicious snacks from the buffet.
