Find out interesting facts...
When you arrive at the charming gelateria in Aargau, you will be greeted by the course leader. Your workshop will then begin with an insight into gelato production. Among other things, you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the history of gelato and find out about the differences between industrial ice cream and artisan gelato.
...and lend a hand yourself!
Afterwards, the ice cream professional will explain everything you need to know about the various ingredients, the ice cream machine and the different production methods.
As soon as all the necessary hygiene measures have been taken, you and your team will get started: under expert guidance, you will learn how real Italian gelato is produced step by step. Natural ingredients of the highest quality are used, which the company sources directly from the region whenever possible.
Ice cream to go
At the end of the workshop, the homemade creations are of course also tasted, together with a cup of good Italian coffee if desired. You can also take home a box (500ml) with your ice cream as a sweet souvenir.
