Detailed recipes and expert guidance from the course leader ensure that the sweet and savory delicacies are on the table in no time at all. You can then enjoy your homemade creations and share your experiences over a convivial aperitif.
Something for everyone
After an introduction by the course leader, you will delve into the tasks assigned to you in small groups. As an experienced nutritionist, the workshop leader will provide you with help and advice on processing tomatoes, carrots, sprouts and the like. You will also learn how the natural ingredients affect your body, your health and your general well-being. Both raw food beginners and "die-hard" vegans will get their money's worth on the course. By the time you taste the plant-based snacks together, even the last vegetable-avoiders will have a hearty bite to eat and fill the lunch box to the brim.
