Building bridges
Both in a team and in a bridge, the whole is more than the sum of its parts. Individual bamboo sticks are all well and good, but only those who build a bridge or footbridge from them can overcome an obstacle and carry other people. Building a bridge together shows how important every little step is for the big picture. Just as a bridge only works if every element is in place, a team only works if every team member performs their tasks.
Off to new shores
Building bridges together is the perfect metaphor for a planned kick-off or team merger. A bridge not only overcomes obstacles, it also connects the old with the new and leads to new shores and new opportunities.
The procedure
It all depends on the right planning. That's why a prototype is created and tested first, and only when the group has agreed on a common approach does the bridge construction begin. And finally, the question arises: who dares to walk on the bridge first? Does the team trust its own work?
Individual customization
This team workshop can be ideally adapted to the specific circumstances. The background and objectives of the workshop can be clarified and the process and any evaluation can be discussed in a preliminary telephone call.
