Team adventure
Unlike traditional geocaching, GPS treasure hunts are about working together as a team to achieve a common goal and a sense of achievement. After a brief introduction to the use of GPS devices, you will set off in small groups in search of clues to a treasure buried in an unknown location in the forest. The GPS device is used for orientation and leads you to clues to the place where the treasure is buried. These clues can be found under tree trunks, on a lookout tower or in an underground wall, for example.
Recovering the treasure
Once all the groups have collected their clues, you set off as a whole team to unearth the treasure together. Everyone has to lend a hand when digging! The treasure chest contains Prosecco and Schoggitaler. The contents can be supplemented on request.
Experience in the nature reserve
The starting point of the treasure hunt is a converted barn in Wisen (SO). The area where the search takes place covers the 1.5 square kilometer nature reserve around the Wisenberg (BL/SO). The treasure is buried in an idyllic spot in the forest. It is not only important to find the treasure - the search also places great importance on taking care of nature.
