Pleasure with rhythm
"Enjoyment with Rhythm" is aimed at a team that wants to forget all the top-heavy work for a few hours. Drumming is a fun activity that releases your own energy and at the same time offers a very special experience for a collective. No previous experience is necessary.
In a playful way, participants learn basic beats and simple rhythms from Africa and Latin America on drums (congas). One, two - your team becomes a groovy band!
Quickly the realization grows that everyone with a personal statement is needed. The collective builds up a complex structure together - for once without losing a single word - while keeping an overview and marveling at the thrilling dynamics that emerge. Experience lightness, trust and group power, so that you don't want to stop.
A drum workshop lasts at least two hours, but can be extended to one or more days.
The educator
The musician and pedagogue has twenty years of experience in leading drum events as well as in in-depth teaching of very different teams (FHS für Wirtschaft, Baden, Lehrerfortbildung AG/SO, Kaderweiterbildung Seminar Liestal etc.). She was a lecturer for rhythm and music at the FHS for Social Work in Brugg for 15 years. There she developed the elective module "Teamwork a Rhythm Phenomenon".
